Hi, my name is Deanna Richards. I’m a single mom of four amazing children, including one with autism who I care for full-time. Life hasn’t been easy — recently, my car was stolen, leaving us without transportation. I’ve fallen behind on rent while trying to keep my kids safe, housed, and cared for.

Right now, we’re in survival mode. I’m raising funds to:

• Replace our stolen car (so I can get my kids to school, therapy, and daily essentials)

• Catch up on rent and stabilize our home

• Cover basic living expenses while I rebuild

But this fundraiser isn’t just about surviving — it’s about creating a brighter future.

My dream is to launch Compassion 8 (C8) — a daycare and social support network designed especially for the neurodiverse community. As a mom, I know firsthand how hard it can be to find safe, understanding, and empowering spaces for children with unique needs. With Compassion 8, I want to:

• Build a daycare that nurtures creativity, growth, and inclusion

• Create a support hub where neurodiverse families can connect, share resources, and feel less alone

• Inspire kindness, resilience, and community for children and parents alike
